Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 ripe avocado, mashed until smooth

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (for added crunch)

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small slider buns (whole grain or brioche recommended)

Fresh lettuce leaves (for topping)

Ripe tomato, sliced (for topping)

Pickles (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, smooth avocado, ranch dressing, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix with your hands or a spatula until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.

Shape the Patties: With your hands, divide the mixture into equal portions, forming small patties approximately 2 inches in diameter. You should have about 8 patties.

Cook the Patties: Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. If desired, drizzle a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking. Once the pan is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Assemble the Sliders: While the patties are cooking, slice each slider bun in half. After the patties are cooked, place one patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top each patty with fresh lettuce, a slice of juicy tomato, and pickles if you choose to add them.

Add Extra Ranch: For an extra burst of flavor, drizzle a little more ranch dressing over the toppings before adding the top bun.

Serve: Serve the sliders warm, accompanied by extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping if desired.

Prep Time, Total Time, Servings: 15 minutes | 30 minutes | 8 sliders

                - Presentation Tips: Arrange sliders on a large platter, garnished with a small bowl of ranch dressing in the center for dipping. Add a sprinkle of chopped green onions over the top for a pop of color. Enjoy!
