1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 large eggs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Optional: red pepper flakes for added spice

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper to ensure easy removal after baking.

    Prepare the Broccoli: In a medium pot, steam the broccoli florets until they are tender, approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Once done, drain the florets well and chop them into small, manageable pieces. Set them aside to cool slightly.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs. Use a whisk to thoroughly combine these ingredients until you achieve a smooth, homogenous mixture.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until evenly mixed.

          Blend Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredient mixture. Stir continuously until you reach a smooth batter consistency, ensuring there are no lumps.
