1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves carefully separated

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup celery, finely diced

½ cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional for drizzling)

Fresh cilantro or sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika on both sides. Once the oil is shimmering, add the chicken to the skillet. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
