1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for cooking)

Salsa and sour cream, for serving

    Assemble the Quesadillas: Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon approximately 1 cup of the chicken and cheese mixture onto one half of the tortilla, spreading it out evenly. Carefully fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling, forming a semicircle. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling, ensuring each quesadilla is filled generously.
