12 oz cheese tortellini (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and black pepper, to taste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

5 oz fresh baby spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the tortellini and set aside for later use.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces generously with salt and black pepper. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
