Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking.

    Mix the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Use a spatula or whisk to mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.

      Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually stir in the baking soda and sea salt until fully incorporated. Next, fold in the rolled oats, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
