For the Yogurt Layer:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the Toppings:

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Extra mini chocolate chips for drizzling

A handful of crushed graham crackers for garnish, if desired

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Using a whisk or spatula, stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Set aside.

      Make the Crunch Layer:

        In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and brown sugar. Stir until the mixture is cohesive and resembles wet sand. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips so they are evenly distributed throughout.

          Assemble the Coins:

            Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
