2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil to prevent the pasta bake from sticking.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 7-8 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.

      Prepare the Broccoli: If you’re using fresh broccoli, steam the florets for approximately 4-5 minutes until they are just tender. For frozen broccoli, follow the package instructions to microwave it. Be sure to drain any excess moisture.

        Mix Ingredients: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if desired). Stir well to ensure everything is coated evenly with the sauce.

          Assembly: Carefully transfer the pasta mixture into the greased baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, ensuring all ingredients are distributed well.
