Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). While the oven is heating up, prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Crescent Dough: Open the package of crescent roll dough and gently unroll it onto a clean, flat surface. Carefully separate the dough into individual triangles along the perforations.

      Assemble the Pizzas:

        - Take one triangle of the dough and lay it flat on the surface.

          - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto the wider end of the triangle, ensuring to leave a small border around the edge for sealing.

            - Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by a few mini pepperoni slices. If you’re in the mood for extra flavor, sprinkle on the dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

Fold and Seal: Starting from the wider end, carefully roll the triangle of dough toward the pointed tip to create a crescent shape. Pinch the edges of the dough together firmly to seal in the delicious filling and prevent any leaks during baking.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Arrange each rolled pizza on your prepared baking sheet, ensuring there's a little space between each one for even baking. Continue this process until all of the dough triangles have been filled and placed on the baking sheet.

Bake: Place your baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is beautifully golden brown and puffs up nicely.

Cool and Serve: After baking, carefully remove the mini pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on a wire rack. For serving, enjoy them warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping. Relish your delightful and easy-to-make snack!
