Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

Extra banana slices and whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the crumbs are evenly coated and have a texture similar to wet sand.

Evenly distribute the graham cracker mixture among four serving cups or small bowls. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom to form a compact crust layer.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and the cold milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and starts to thicken. Allow it to sit for a few minutes to firm up properly.

In another bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to lighten it, and then carefully fold in the remaining whipped cream until fully incorporated, ensuring a light and fluffy consistency.

Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the graham cracker crust in each cup. Then, spoon the banana pudding mixture over the bananas, filling each cup nearly to the top but leaving a little space for garnish.

Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding is set and the flavors have melded beautifully.

Just before serving, garnish each cup with additional banana slices and a generous dollop of whipped cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
