4 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup uncooked quinoa (or substitute with rice)

3 cups chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream of chicken soup (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Your Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking.

    Sauté the Broccoli: In a large, oven-safe skillet or baking dish, pour in the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the fresh broccoli florets and sauté for approximately 3-4 minutes, just until they are vibrant in color and slightly tender. Once done, remove from heat and set aside.

      Combine Ingredients: In the same skillet or baking dish, layer in the cooked chicken. Add the uncooked quinoa, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly combined.

        Add Liquids: Carefully pour the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup over the chicken and quinoa blend. Using a spatula, stir gently to combine, making sure that the quinoa (or rice) is fully submerged in the liquid.

          Top It Off: Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the mixture. Then, evenly distribute the sautéed broccoli on top. Finish by adding the remaining cheese over the broccoli for a gooey, cheesy topping.
