2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, or for optimal flavor, overnight.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts. Grill for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through, ensuring that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from the heat and allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing into strips.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla, covering about two-thirds of the tortilla from the bottom up.
