4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

8 slices of prosciutto

4 cups arugula or a mix of fresh salad greens

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup roasted pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Grill: Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for approximately 400°F (this can vary depending on your specific grill).

    Prepare the Peaches: Lightly brush the cut sides of each peach half with olive oil. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper over them for added flavor.
