Turkey Tacos with Lime Slaw

1 lb ground turkey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

½ cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

For the Lime Slaw:

2 cups shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and black pepper to taste

For Serving:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Lime wedges, for garnish

Optional toppings: diced avocado, sliced jalapeños, extra fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

Prepare the Turkey Filling:

          - Sprinkle in the chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir the mixture well to evenly distribute the spices. Pour in the chicken broth and fresh lime juice, stirring until combined. Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes, until it slightly thickens. Remove from heat.

            Make the Lime Slaw:

              - In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.

                - In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until the dressing is smooth and well blended.

                  - Drizzle the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss everything together until the veggies are evenly coated. Let the slaw sit for a few minutes to meld the flavors while you prepare the tortillas.

                    Warm the Tortillas:
